<aside> 🗒️ Our group was assigned a scenario which was a humanitarian aid mission with Engineers with Borders in the Guatemalan city of Quetzaltenango. We were asked to design a simple, long lasting and low maintenance wind turbine that can be easily constructed and repaired by locals. Our main goal was to design a turbine that maximizes the energy produced while prioritizing the simplicity and considering the city's budget.
